John Brennan returned to Ireland from Scotland in 1999 where he had worked in the Construction Industry for 37 years.  Since returning home John has had several appointments within the industry at Supervisory and Consultancy level.

In a related work area John sold Roof Trusses and UPVC Products to Developers and the Private Sector.  This type of selling, throughout the Island of Ireland, has allowed John to get to know his beloved native country and also to build up a network of contacts within the Construction Industry.  John has earned a well respected reputation for his extensive knowledge of the Building Trade being called upon for his expertise and judgement.

In Scotland where John excelled in his role as Foreman, supervising all trades, he was employed by such well known companies as Frontline Construction Ltd, Barrett Scotland Ltd, Wimpey Homes, Bryant Homes, Laing Homes, amongst others.  Whilst working with these companies John gained certificates of excellence for his inputs.  The safety of his men was first and foremost and he demanded very high standards of workmanship.

John not only worked on Traditional Built and Timber Framed Houses, of which he has extensive knowlledge, he took responsibility for multi-million pound developments scattered across Scotland, for example, multi-storey complexes such as the one at Toll Cross in Edinburgh, Schools, Bridges, Shopping Complexes etc.

In September 2005 John and his wife Mena took up the oportunity to join an Estate Agency in Derry where they gained Valuable Training and Experience.  In May 2006 they decided to start up their own business with John as a Licenced Auctioneer Valuer and Estate Agent, and Mena, who has Post Graduate Qualifications and many years experience running family business's, working as his full partner, in a hands on supportive role alongside him.
